massive fucking shout out to those with eating disorders who manage to hold down jobs, or school, friendships, relationships and function on a day-to-day basis. if you haven’t been told it yet today WELL FUCKING DONE FOR NOT LETTING IT TAKE EVERYTHING AWAY when we all know it would be much easier to curl up and isolate, well fucking done for holding it all together even though you deserve to crumble and everyone would understand why.

Anonymous: haha don't restrict broccoli silly, it's really low calorie and so full of nurtience

I know and i need the yummy broccoli nutrients! I’ll try harder i will! BUT im going to have a different dinner tonight!

Anonymous: It wasn't meant to be rude at all! I was just wondering because it was such a tiny amount, I assumed it was disordered, and sometimes it helps if people point out the disordered nature of things. Sometimes your ed can trick you into thinking something is normal. x

Okay good sorry its just some people would be rude like that! But i get what you mean you yes i guess it is disordered but i really struggle with actually eating more! But thankyou though you’re right it is important that i know!

Anonymous: What is banana milk? Is it milkshake powder? Do you literally only have that tiny piece of broccoli? Why do you have such a tiny amount?

yes banana nesquick! Oh, my mum says the same thing and i am working on it, i just struggle a lot with what i perceive to be ‘big’ portions and I make my dinner up to a certain amount and everything other than the broccoli and carrot add calories so i just make sure i have enough of the others but because i struggle with physically eating more i only have a tiny amount of veg! sorry for the ramble i hope you weren’t meaning that to be rude by the way!:(

deleted my anxiety post because sorry don’t want to be a ‘complaining bitch’
